Blue Water Grille Summer Wine Dinner

Hors d' oeuvres and champange served at 6:30pm.
Dinner served promtly at 7:00pm.
Menu:
Appetizer:Shrimp Napoleon with roasted red peppers, basil infused goat cheese cake with shrimp and crispy scallions served with traditional ber blanc
Wine:Bonterra Sauvignon Blanc
Salad:Chopped salad with applese,grapes,red peppers,tomatoes,cucumbers,marinated in a hazlenut vinagrette and served with spring mix.
Wine:Bonterra Chardonnay
Entree:Roasted Lamb Chop served with spinach and red pepper polenta cake and a smoked mushroom ragu.
Wine:Bonterra Merlot &Bonterra Cabernet
Dessert:Bananas Brule served with a mint tea ice cream drizzled with a warm cherry brandy sauce and fresh cherries.
